AFTER SALES
During the warranty period, the genset will enjoy our full service according to the terms. And even the warranty due, our engineer will help you trouble short whenever you need us and with cost for the parts you need.
INSPECTION
We will support our customers inspection service of products with the charges according to the place. Quality is the first with control to every detail, we will never say yes, unless you say yes. It will be more professional and save customers time and money.
VENDER SURVEY
Vender survey, we will investigate the venders inside China according to our customers’ need, if at site is needed, we charge reasonable cost. We only revert you the factory.
OTHERS
For the other commercial service which will subject to China law, we will try our best to assist you to solve all your problems.
